It is with a heavy heart that we inform our club members, family and friends of the untimely passing of David Mitchell Allen, age 50. Dave was the devoted spouse of Lion Jenny Redifer-Allen and a loving father. He was employed by the Department of Technology Services for Montgomery County Government.
