The Damascus Lions Club had a total of 26 adults and 2 kids attend The Frederick Keys game on July 2 which was against the Wilmington Blue Rocks. We had started off with a 1-0 lead and then a small shower of rain came. All hearty members of our group endured the shower or found coverage. When the showers ended which by the way did not stop the game-may be why no one left-those of us who found a dry spot returned and cleared the water from our seats and kept hoping for the big win. After the rain the opposing team seemed to improve their play and the Keys fell to a loss of 8-3. Even so those of us who went, I think, had a very good time.
