Spring is in the air and thoughts of the 12th Annual Damascus Lions Golf Tournament are on the horizon.
This year’s outing will be held at Glade Valley Golf Club, Walkersville, Maryland, on Monday June 1st. This is a beautiful 18 hole course in the rolling countryside of Frederick County; a 40 minute drive from Damascus.
A “shot-gun” start is scheduled for 9:00am and once again we are looking for players, golf hole sponsors, Lion volunteers, and prize donations.
The player’s fee is $85 (no increase from last year) which includes green fees, cart, two beverages, a buffet luncheon and prizes. Also available will be a putting contest, mulligan tickets, 50/50, and the ever popular “Circle of Fun Golf Hole.”
