On March 4, 2016 Lions Ken Phillips, Fran Burlas and Woody Ward conducted a preschool vision screening at Pleasant Plains Preschool in the Damascus UMC. During the morning, 22 children were screened with none of the children referred with detected vision problems.
There is another screening scheduled for April 11 at the preschool in the church in Nealsville on Rt. 355. Also, we are still working to schedule a screening at Montgomery UMC sometime in April. If you want to help, contact Lion Ken Phillips.
