We made it through July with a full schedule of events.
Thank you to Lion Sue for the Senior Birthday Party. Thank yous go out to Lion Roy Stanley for the use of wagon for our float and to everyone who participated. Lion Tess did an outstanding job with the Flea Market and Keys game. Thanks to Tony and his team for the road clean-up. Now we move into the Dog Days of August with our first dinner meeting on August 1st at Montgomery UM Church followed by Ice Cream Dipping, Sight & Hearing Testing and our Blood Drive. We had a tremendous showing of support from our lions for Lion Jack Poole. Thank you to Lion’s Bob Snapp and Ken Philips for sharing their stories. We must not forget the Lions who have passed on.
